You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund. You are responsible for the return postage.
Items purchased with a price ending in $.99 cents or items with a discount code of 30% or more will be given store credit only. Full refunds are not offered.
Items can only be returned online. No in-store returns or exchanges are available.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks from the day you shipped your return package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days). We process return items once a week due to influx in orders. Once we have issued your return, you will receive an email with all refund details.
The best way to issue an exchange is by emailing us at email@example.com with your order number. We will then elaborate on our exchange procedure.
How to Get a Refund
Fill out the Returns Slip as completely as possible and include with your return. You are responsible for return postage. As we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we recommend that you use a carrier with tracking and insurance. Please note shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Boxes cannot be used as a shipping box or be taped up. We recommend using a shipping bag or other box to put the shoe box in. If shoe boxes are return damaged (taped up, written on, or improperly wrapped in a bag/box) Brimm Boutique has the right to issue a tampered box fee, which results in a deduction of 10% of the return total. If shoes were not delivered in their original shoe box, you will need to use any type of box to return them in or you are allowed to use bubble wrap. Shoes not returned in a box or bubble wrap will go against our box fee, which will be deducted 10% of the return total.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item was damaged upon arrival or if you have any other issues, we are happy to assist you. Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days upon package arrival and we can issue you a pre-paid label or replacement order. Please note your order # and damaged item in the email. If you received a damaged shoe box upon arrival, contact us within 3 days from the date you received your package. In case you need to return the shoes, we will not accept damaged shoe boxes that we have not been informed of within 3 days upon package arrival.
FREE SHIPPING is provided for all orders shipped in the U.S. only. We offer flat rate shipping to Canada for $20. If you need shipping elsewhere, please contact us.
Please note shipping is standard mail shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and should arrive within 2-5 days of ship date. We ship most items within 1-2 business days of your order, as we know how exciting it is to get new clothes!
